Mindfulness Training

“Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally,” says University of Massachusetts Medical School professor, John Kabat-Zinn. The American Psychological Association shares research on a range of benefits of mindfulness, including: stress reduction, focus increase, and self-regulation. In this training participants will learn a variety of mindfulness practices that include: mindful breathing, mindful eating, mindful walking, etc.
